When it comes to robust work boots, mountain climbing boots or hiking boots, though, the brush in question can be a bit rougher. This kind of rugged footwear is often subjected to wind and harsh weather without protection, which means that it requires a durable brush: The Burgol stiff shoe brush can work wonders for these types of shoes.
Bristles made from sturdy coconut fibre allow the Burgol stiff shoe brush to remove even the most stubborn dirt particles. Thanks to their length of 2.5 centimetres, these coconut fibre bristles also reach and remove dirt from difficult-to-access parts of the shoe. Meanwhile, the stable brush body consists of lacquered beech wood and measures 18 centimetres in total. The brush is low in weight, which means that it cleans shoes quickly and easily, without requiring tiring scrubbing.
Even cleaning sturdy lug soles is no challenge for the Burgol stiff shoe brush. While the body of the brush has been significantly bevelled at the end, the other end comes to a wedge-like point; when necessary, these edges can be used to scratch out dirt that has accumulated between the grooves in lug soles.
A tip: Lay out the Burgol stiff shoe brush to dry with the bristles facing downwards. This prevents moisture from accumulating in the wooden body. Make absolutely sure to avoid drying the brush in front of a heater, as this may impede the functionality of the Burgol stiff shoe brush.
