Marshall
Inspired by the style typical of the Italian last, the Marshall has been designed to give a modern look. The area around the ball of the foot offers a comfortable width, while the front of the foot features a more dynamic tapering. The comfortable overall G width is suitable for narrow to average feet.
Italian Calf
This shoe’s upper consists of premium, fully-dyed and medium-soft calfskin. The technical term for this type of leather is "Italian calf". It is distinguished by its even grain and soft grip.
Hand Finish
The calfskin is dyed at the tannery, but it is the intensive work that is done with the leather by hand at the manufactory – the hand finish – that creates the exciting contrasts and shadows that give this Italian calfskin its unique look.

The gold standard when it comes to shoe manufacturing. Goodyear welting is a painstaking process that involves stitching the shaft and outsole to a thin strip of leather. Shoes made this way are extremely stable, durable, breathable, and easy to repair.
Our Quality
All Henry Stevens models are handcrafted in Europe from the finest leathers. High-quality materials and exquisite craftsmanship ensure each pair of shoes is designed to last, making them a sound investment for the long term. 140 years of experience goes into the construction of each last, bringing new levels of comfort to each model.
Handcrafted
Mass-produced shoes are glued together on assembly lines. All of our premium, full-leather shoes, on the other hand, are handcrafted to the finest standards of quality. You can see and feel the difference.
Full-Leather Shoes
The high quality of these shoes is reflected in their high leather content. Their uppers, lining, insoles, and outsoles are made from the finest leather. They even have leather heels, made by painstakingly stacking thin layers of leather on top of one another.
Construction
These shoes consist of roughly 65 separate parts. They took about 210 steps to assemble. We rely upon premium materials and traditional production methods to ensure that our footwear is of the absolute highest quality.
Gentleman's Corner
These shoes come equipped with a so-called "gentleman's corner". This is a small notch cut from the inside corner of the heel. This has a practical purpose—it prevents your trouser leg from catching on your shoe.
Breathable
This shoe boasts a high proportion of leather, and has been assembled without the use of adhesive bonding—both of these factors ensure proper air circulation and prevent moisture from penetrating the surface. Dry, well-ventilated feet are healthy feet.
