Collection, processing or use of personal data

You can visit our website without making giving information about you. We are only saving access data without personal references as for example the name of your internet service provider, the website, from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested file. These files will only be analysed for the purpose of the improvement of our offer and do not allow conclusions to your per-son.

2. Webtrekk

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and comply with the rules of the data privacy acts. Some of the data collected in the course of you visiting our website will be used for statistical analysis. The scope of use will be described as follows. The data will only be passed on to our statistical service provider, the Webtrekk GmbH.

We make use of the Webtrekk GmbH services to collect statistical data regarding the use of our offer and to optimise that offer respectively. The Webtrekk GmbH is certified for data privacy, in the area of web controlling service, by TÜV Saarland. Part of that certification is an audit at Webtrekk in Berlin and at the hosting facility, where the collection and processing of tracking-data have been tested in the respect of conformity of data privacy and data security. This certification was based on:

• the catalogue of requirements data privacy -V1.3,

• the legal requirements regarding data privacy,

• the principles of IT security at the current state of technology according to the “IT-Grundschutz” recommended by BSI as well as according to ISO 27000,

• the test report TR00 969

On the website Webtrekk, a web analytics service provided by Webtrekk GmbH, collects and saves data to create profiles regarding the respective use by the use of pseudonyms. Those profiles help analysing the usage and will be analysed to improve the our offer adjusted to your needs.

By doing so Webtrekk uses “cookies”, which are small text files locally placed on your computer, to help to recognise your computer in the event of a new visit of our website the website analyze how users use the site.

Disclosure of personal data

Your personal data will be disclosed to the GbR as far as it is necessary for the shipment of the goods. For the handling of the payment we will hand your payment data to the bank paying. If you have subscribed to the newsletter the GbR will use the data provided by you with registration for the purpose of sending the newsletter. There will be no disclosure of your data to third persons with the exemption of partner companies involved in the back office support of sending the newsletter. In this cases the disclosure of the transmitted data will be reduced to the minimum amount required. Our privacy policy is consistent with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG – German federal data protection act) as well as with the Telemediengesetz (TMG – German federal telemedia act). User who do not like to receive our newsletter any longer have the opportunity to click a link named “Unsubscribe”, which can be found in each e-mails sent by the OHG.

According to the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG – German federal data protection act) you are entitled to receive information free of charge concerning your saved data. If applicable you are also granted to claim correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
