The power of nature — cedar insoles

Healthy feet are crucial for keeping your general level of capability high (at the workplace and elsewhere). Maintaining healthy feet also helps keep your shoes in good shape for a longer period of time. These cedar insoles by Zederna provide quick, all-natural assistance for heavy perspiration, unpleasant foot odour and ailments such as athlete’s foot or toenail fungus.

Healthy feet with cedar insoles

These medicinal insoles by Zederna are all-natural products that have been manufactured in Germany for over ten years. While the upper side of each insole is made of polished red cedar, a soft cotton layer on the underside provides additional stabilisation for the foot. These cedar insoles are also beneficial in that they are naturally highly absorbent, extremely flexible and boast anti-bacterial and deodorising properties.

These cedar insoles support fungus treatment without involving any kind of chemicals or calling for tiresome lotion application. These natural insoles absorb moisture that collects on feet over the course of the day and thereby prevent the formation of a highly hygienically questionable, warm and moist atmosphere inside the shoe. The cedar’s anti-bacterial properties also eliminate any spores present inside the shoe, which in turn prevents the unpleasant odours from developing. Best of all: The aromatic cedar exudes a fresh scent of coniferous wood.

These cedar insoles are suitable for wear with socks, and can also be worn with bare feet in moccasins, loafers and boat shoes. For optimum use, you should always place the soles inside the shoe with the wooden side on top. A tip: If you wear your cedar insoles frequently, you can clean the cedar by wiping it with a mild soapy solution. Lay them out to dry immediately afterwards with the wooden side on the bottom, making sure not to expose them directly to warm air.
